Predictor League 2025/26
Well folks the final count is complete and as suspected Dunfie Dee is our winner, having spent 16 weeks at the top it's a well deserved victory. Taking second prize is Arsenaboot, with an impressive 11 points for the week. This closed the gap at the top to 16 points but more importantly gave him a five point cushion over And Moussa Must Score in third place. Moussa scored 10 for the final week which was just enough to keep Jambo 86 and Dosser Fae The Shire back in joint fourth. The highest score for the week was 14 for Kings Of Fife and the others to hit double figures are 12 It's going from Bad To Worse, 11 for ABZ Blues and 10 for Gary St Germain and D21 DFC.
It's been a strange old season with the old firm losing every other week scoring was kept fairly low, highest weekly score was 15 and not since covid has the predictor been won with less than 300 points. We had 8 different league leaders throughout the season.
As for the Dee, Elvis probably won over a few Dee fans in the end, myself included, let's hope it's onwards and upwards for next season.
Many thanks to everyone who took part, hope you all enjoyed checking the scores each week, i'm now going to try and get my head around the timings of the World Cup fixtures to see if we can run our usual World Cup predictor.
